A PRACTICAL BIBLICAL APPROACH
Trust is built.
And it can be rebuilt.
Healthy marriages do not grow by avoiding difficult conversations. They grow when two people are willing to understand one another, communicate honestly, address unresolved issues, take responsibility and build consistent patterns worthy of trust.
Pastor David’s approach goes beyond determining who is right or wrong. It is about discovering what is happening beneath the conflict and helping couples make practical changes that strengthen the marriage.
Understand
Get beneath the argument and understand what your spouse is actually experiencing.
Communicate
Learn to speak, listen and respond without repeating the same destructive cycle.
Address
Bring unresolved issues into the light instead of learning to live around them.
Rebuild
Strengthen trust through honesty, openness, partnership and consistent action.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We start with
the real issue.
You will have an opportunity to explain what brought you to counseling, what has been happening in the marriage and what you believe needs to change.
Pastor David will help identify the deeper issues, examine the situation through a biblical framework and begin establishing practical next steps.
You don’t have to arrive with all the answers.
You do have to be willing to be honest.
MORE THAN TALKING
- Examine your motives.
- Listen before defending yourself.
- Acknowledge the concern.
- Speak with grace and take responsibility.
- Agree on a constructive change.

ROOM FOR HONEST CONVERSATION
Your marriage is personal.
The conversation should be, too.
There is room to explain what has been difficult, ask the questions you have been carrying and consider what needs to change. Biblical counsel offers a framework for that conversation, with practical attention to the marriage in front of you.
Lasting change calls for honesty, willingness and practical responsibility. Counseling offers guidance and support; progress and reconciliation cannot be guaranteed.
